Millésime 2006
January 2008 - A somewhat fruitier red berry-infused nose that is highly expressive opens the way for precise and slightly edgy flavors that also display an attractive minerality. This is edgy but I suspect it’s because of a recent SO2 addition rather than under ripe tannins. 2008+ 83-86
Millésime 2007
January 2009 - As it often is, this is slightly more elegant if perhaps a tad less ripe with high-toned red pinot fruit that leads to detailed, minerally and focused flavors that possess good energy and ample finishing punch. If this can add a bit of weight before it’s bottled, it could be noticeably better than the straight Bourgogne. 2010+ 84-87
